​How Do I Place An Order?
In School Orders
If you'd like to purchase your yearbook in school, please make sure you fill out your yearbook order form. These will be distributed in September, and will be avialable at every House Center for the remainder of the year. Once you have completed your form, please bring the form and your CASH ONLY payment to Mrs. Valentin in room 822.

Online Orders
This is our recommended method for purchasing yearbooks. Simply visit the website: ybpay.lifetouch.com & enter our school code. [11778017] You may also search for Linwood Middle School in the 'Find my Yearbook Code' menu. Simply select the package you would like, enter your child's name
and homeroom number, and you're all set!

All major credit cards are accepted.
Payment Confirmation and Shipping
If you order your yearbook(s) online, you will recieve a digital receipt directly from Lifetouch. If you are purchasing your yearbook in school, please allow us some time to process your order, and a receipt will be provided to your child during homeroom.

All yearbooks are convinently shipped to the school at the end of the year. They will arrive in boxes, pre-sorted by HOMEROOM. Once we have permission from administration to release the yearbooks to the students, all students who purchased a yearbook will recieve their copy during homeroom that day.
As a reminder, all yearbooks will ship at the same time,
so it is extremely important you do not miss the order deadline.
Deadlines

Our yearbook deadlines are set by Lifetouch, the company that produces our yearbooks. They cannot be extended, changed, or altered in anyway. If you do not order your yearbook before the deadline, we cannot guarantee that there will be any extra copies available in June. Yearbooks go on sale in OCTOBER, and will be available for purchase until:

Extra Copies & End of the Year Sale
Typically, we order a few extra copies (~70-100) with each batch of yearbooks. These are NOT guaranteed, so please do not rely on the End of Year Sale to purchase your book.

However, even if extra copies are available, we CANNOT put books "on hold" for you. We apologize, but it is simply impossible to keep the sale fair for all students if we accept request to hold extra copies. All requests for holds by students, parents, faculty, & staff will be politely declined.

IF there are any extra copies available in June, they will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. We will make morning announcements, and send letters home the week prior to the sale. The first sale will be limited to 8th grade students only. After two days, if there are any yearbooks remaining, we open the sale to all grade levels.

We charge a $5.00 late fee for any yearbooks purchased in June.
